Lucien Guinotte

Born in Mariemont, Lucien Guinotte became a painter, watercolourist and draughtsman. He trained at the Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles. His early work was expressionist in style, but quickly developed towards abstraction. He later became part of the "Contemporary Trend" group.
